Wow, if you've been feeling a slight shift in energy today, it will more than likely be down to the full moon!
How does this affect me? you ask...
The moon controls huge parts of the world we live in. The biggest one being the oceans tide! As humans, we are made up of 60% water so there is no doubt in my mind that we are affected by the moon.
I personally have been affected by the moon since I was a little girl, so much so that my mum would know when I was going to 'play up'...It was so predictable!
In order to calm these erratic feelings, anxiousness or high emotions, it is important that we take each full moon as a day, morning or evening to take control of ourselves and give the love we deserve. I do this through a 'Full Moon Ritual'
Some of the things I do in my ritual include: - A full crystal cleanse with sage
- A long and deep meditation
- Drink a cup of green tea
- Take care of my skin through a deep skincare etc
You can do whatever makes you feel great but I highly suggest some crystal work, journalling and mediation. It is crazy what a 5, 10 or even 30 minutes can do to your soul.
